A good way to relax after a hard day’s work or an excursion is a visit to the hotel fitness centre. Hotel staff will look after your physical condition in the weights room or the swimming pool, and if you are very tired we suggest using a dry or steam sauna, water massage in the jacuzzi, or relax in the rays of our solarium. Classic massage tops off services offered in our fitness centre. There is a tennis court in the nearby park and the guests are welcome to use it.

The Polish Restaurant is a pride of the hotel where our guests can taste polish national cuisine served in a traditional and European flavours. The menu is frequently changed and can satisfy the most demanding gourmets. Our guests are welcome to use the Lobby Bar where they can read a newspaper, have a cup of coffee or a drink.

Nie wiem za co te 5 gwiazdek??? Chyba jedynie za lokalizację. Spa marne podobnie jak kompleks aqua (miniaturowy). Restauracja "malowana smakiem"... pastewnego czosnku w rydzach i schaboszczaka rodem z baru mlecznego. Kilka posiłków było całkiem niezłych (szczególnie desery), ale jeśli po pełnym obiedzie trzeba iść na Krupówki, żeby się najeść, to jest to żenada. Z przykrością muszą stwierdzić, że znam kilka hoteli 3-gwiazdkowych z lepszym standardem. A od 4-gwiazdkowych dzielą lata świetlne. I tak kawa w dzbankach................ LUDZIE RATUNKU!!!!

W porównaniu z innymi hotelami i międzynarodowymi standardami hoteli to niestety jak na ***** to mamy duże zastrzeżenia bo hotel ma duże braki, np. małe pokoje, dość sfatygowane już łazienki, tandetne wykończenie pokoju (lampy), brak tv lcd, brak broszur informacyjnych w pokojach, brak szlafroków i pantofli, spa średnie. Ogólne wrażenie jest takie, że hotel pięć gwiazdek kupił wraz z miejscem pod budowę bo zasługuję jedynie na 3 góra 4 gwiazdki, ale 4 warunkowo - remont łazienek i zmiana detali w pokojach tak, żeby tworzyły pod względem klimatu jedną całość. Jedyny plus to wspaniała lokalizacja!!! oraz miła obsługa i dobry bufet śniadaniowy (ale też bez szału jak na 5*) ratują hotel przed zdecydowanie negatywna oceną. Parking też niewygodny (wysypany kamieniami brak alejki i walizkę pomimo, że ma kółeczka trzeba dźwigać bo po piasku i kamieniach nie jedzie...) Skorzystaliśmy z oferty promocyjnej, 357zł pokój 2osobowy+20zł za parking, ale uważam, że za taki pokój, z tymi warunkami za bezpośredni dostęp do Krupówek najwyżej warto dać 230zł. nie więcej...

Have used this hotel 4 times before but very disappointed this time. Noisy carnival outside with drunken teenagers hanging about. Breakfast food poor. Parties of drunken Scandinavian and Polish people staying making it very noise with children running about, shouting, swearing, etc. Beds uncomfy - 2inch thick matress. Definitely is not a 5 Star hotel now. Lucky if it was given a 3 star. Only good point was some of original staff still there who remembered us and were most helpful. New staff could not cope.
