Przyjemny hotel w zabytkowym budynku. Duży park wokół- cisza i spokój. Przyjazna i dyskretna obsługa. Obiadokolacje w formie bufetu bardzo bogate, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. No i przepyszne ciasta:)Miło spędzony wypoczynek.

Jedno wielkie nieporozumienie.Hotel zdecydowanie ma o jedną gwiazdkę za dużo!W pokoju o podwyższonym standardzie brak telefonu, lodówka niesprawna,tzw.kącik kawowy czyli filiżanki,elektryczny dzbanek jest ale...brak kawy,tej jednorazowej NESCAFE po 50 gr!!! A tu 4 gwiazdki !!!! Weekend listopadowy z koncertem to porażka.Jest 11 listopada,święto, liczymy na w miarę uroczystą obiadokolację a tu - uwaga - bigos, suche kurczacze skrzydelka i szarobura wątróbka z cebulką!!Pięć plastrów schabu niczego nie zalatwia, bo gości ponad setka i to wszystko skończylo się w 0,5 minuty!! Awantura,skandal,menadżerka biega czerwona , ludzie pokazują puste talerze!! Szok!!Omijać szeroko.Sam koncert ok. choć w trakcie nie wiadomo czemu wyje alarm przeciwpożarowy,kino bambino.....

w tym hotelu lepiej nie odkrywajcie Polski, bo będziecie gorzko rozczarowani, zero luksusu, zero klasy, tak jak przedmówca pisze obsługa jak z PRLu Sam Zamek jest cudny, ale hotel nie zasługuje jeszcze na 4 gwiazdki
