I have stayed here on several occasions. The staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. There is a lovely garden and there is an area for outdoor meals. I am tempted to mark 10 for location as there is parking within the grounds and the hotel is on a tram route, but the fact that the hotel is not right in the centre of Grudziadz detracts from a marking of 10 for location.
