Obsługa hotelu zachowuje się jak z poprzednej epoki. Na mojej kondygnacji trwał remont niektórych pokoi, hałasowano bez żenady. Mijałem otwarte drzwi remontowanych pomieszczeń - nikomu z pracowników hotelu i brygad to nie przeszadzało. Wysposażenie pokoi niżej niż skromne. Obsługa prowadzi głośne dialogi przy recepcji, żadnej klasy. Trochę jak w dawnych czasach.
